Any customer who purchased the ebook or bundle directly from live-selling-guide.com via Payhip is eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Most refunds are issued within 2 business days. Payhip then returns the funds to your original payment method — banks typically credit within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card or bank.
Because the Product is digital and cannot be "returned," we ask — on trust — that you delete any downloaded files once the refund is issued. This is not enforceable and not a condition of the refund, but it is how we keep the guarantee simple for honest customers.
After 30 days, purchases are final. We cannot issue refunds after that point. If you run into a specific problem (lost download, corrupted file, access issue), email us and we will fix it at no cost.
